Happy Valentines Day!

So this morning I made eggs, toast, and tea for the kids and thought it would be so cute to add some pink food coloring being that it is Valentines Day and all. I had warned them before I gave it to them and once I put it down Jaxon was really grossed out. "Uh Mom what is this?" Emma, "ewwwwwwww". I convinced them to have a bite and they realized it tastes the same just with some color. It was really convincing Jaxon cause once he does anything Emmy will follow. It did look pretty gross and with my weak stomach now days I wouldn't of wanted the eggs. Maybe next year I will stick to cookies. The kids have been sick for the past couple days and to make it worse Emmy has pink eye. Yesterday her eye was almost shut and today with lots of drops it looks a little better at least the puss is gone. I have the worst gag reflex right now, I just can't take puss, poop, smells, snot, or spit....... which I deal with at least one of them on a daily basis having two kiddies and Chuy.
Well enough gag talk we are 13 going on 14 weeks pregnant! Just went to the doctor and the baby seems to be doing just fine and I have gained a few pounds. Here is a picture of the little bean...If you look at the 4-D shot you can see the babies profile...I swear technology these days is amazing!




I have to attend to this messy house and the laundry:) I hope all is well with all of you and although Valentine's is a Hallmark Holiday, it still gives me a chance to say I appreciate and love you all!

10 weeks Pregnant!

I am sure most of you know that we are pregnant and due August 19, 2008! Yes it was a bit of a shock at first but now we are all over the moon! Since we have Jaxon & Emmy we have no preference whether we have a boy or a girl we just pray that our little bundle of joy will be happy and healthy. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers at this time! I will be blogging and posting pictures of my growing belly and ultrasound photos. This is for everyone to follow our pregnancy but also for us to look back at our last pregnancy/baby! To the right of the site, under VIP: click on the link this week; you will find the baby is very small, however almost fully formed, and kicking up a storm.

Jaxon's 5th Birthday Party

Jaxon's Party was a success! He insisted on a party with some boys in his class this year and he got it. We went to Jungle land In Agoura and it was age appropriate for all the kids who attended 7 months to 6 years. We were there from 4-7 and everyone seemed to have a blast especially Jaxon. Four boys came from his class with their siblings, Mikyl & Jaz came Redondo Beach to celebrate and Jeremy and Emmy played and loved it! We had our own room to have pizza, cake, and Jaxon opened his gifts and the rest was just running around and having fun. Even Josh made an appearance..thanks Joshy Boy! We have all been sick so today we are relaxing and cleaning up the house. Until next year....

Our Baby is 5 today!

I cannot believe Jaxy is 5 today!! Where has the time gone? He has gone from a beautiful baby, active toddler, and now to a sweet & smart big boy. We have come a long way but it has all been worth it and I am so Thankful for our son. He loves to dance, play his video games, sports,hang out with his family, and most of all with his imaginary friends...power rangers...soldiers..and superheroes. Thank you for these five years Jaxon and may this year bring you all the joy, laughter, and love you deserve. We are off to Jungleland to celebrate!

Merry Christmas!

I know I have been a terrible blogger lately. I wanted to post a few recent pictures before December is over. We took our Christmas pictures with my talented photographer/mother in law a couple weeks ago. It was hard getting the kids to look and smile at the same time but they turned out pretty well. We also took the kids to the mall for a picture with Santa. It was interesting to say the least. As most of you know Jaxon up to this point has been terrified of Santa Clause. This year although he was nervous I told him he had to show his sister how brave he is. He had a little one on one with her before we went into see Santa. We sat him down and the photographer was taking her time so Jaxon almost had a meltdown but ended up pulling through. Emmy on the other hand was a disaster as you can see in the picture. Well we got or 2007 Santa picture but every time I look at it I do feel a bit guilty knowing that Emmy might have nightmares about that strange man with a white beard for a while. Jaxon's School Pictures

We are back from Idaho and trying to get back into the swing of things. Lots of clothes to put away and figuring out where to start....We all had a fabulous time and look forward to visiting again in the near future. Jacob has gone to work, Jaxon is at school, and Emmy has gone to Grandmas so I decided to add a few pics. These are Jaxon's 2007 Pre-K school pictures. He loves school and his teachers are amazing. He was extremely excited to go to school today and tell everyone about his trip!
